When you click the "Dictionaries" icon, you’ll be taken to the Dictionaries tab. This tab allows you to add data that is currently missing from MyEasyFarm. For example, you can add a crop rotation plan that you use frequently but that isn’t listed. You can also import inputs, crops, or qualifications that aren’t listed.

Once on the above page, click on the tab of your choice, and click on the button at the top right, such as "Add a Model", then fill in the boxes provided. Click on "Continue" and you will be taken to the page for entering your farming practices (in this example). Click on "Add a practice". You will need to enter the name of the category (such as "Tillage" below), fill in the dates, and then click on "Add Operation". Once the box appears, enter the name of the operation (e.g. "Stubble ploughing"), along with the corresponding dates. Once all the practices and operations have been filled in, click on "Create".
