Missions:
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of customers and their needs
- Define and implement the product vision
- Manage the relationship with agricultural equipment manufacturers, local subsidiaries and dealers at the international level (prospecting / sales / support / loyalty)
- Manage and lead the internal machinery team
- Collaborate with the R&D team in charge of the development of the platform and the connections with the manufacturer platforms
- Participate in the definition of the company's sales and marketing strategy by providing feedback on customer expectations
- Animate the network of our distributors
- Participate in trade shows and webinars
Profile:
- Higher education: BAC+5, diploma from an engineering school specialized in Agriculture
- First successful experience working for an agricultural equipment manufacturer or as a precision farming manager for a dealer
- Passionate about computers andprecision farming (agricultural equipment, Isobus terminals, agricultural software, etc.)
- Customer service and relationship skills
- Mastery of computer tools (Salesforce, Office, Zoom, ...)
- Adept at the startup culture
- Autonomous, organized and proactive
- Fluency inEnglish is required, another language is appreciated
