Main responsibilities
- Develop a network of distributors (dealers and manufacturers of agricultural equipment)
- Develop a portfolio of direct prospects (farmers, ETA, CETA, etc.)
- To animate and follow up his customer/distributor portfolio in the field and to organize his commercial action.
- Conduct demonstrations of the MyEasyFarm tool MyEasyFarm customers and prospects
- Collaborate on the action plan and the definition of the sales & marketing strategy.
- Be the voice of the customer within the company by raising expectations and needs.
- Participation in trade shows and webinars.
Profile required
- Higher education: BAC+5, diploma from an engineering school specialized in Agriculture or business school with a good knowledge of the agricultural sector.
- Passionate about computers andprecision farming (agricultural equipment, Isobus terminals, agricultural software, etc.)
- First successful experience with an agricultural equipment manufacturer or as a precision farming manager with a dealer is an asset.
- Customer service and relationship skills
- Mastery of computer tools (Salesforce, Office, Zoom, ...)
- Adept at the startup culture
- Autonomous, organized and proactive
- Fluency in English is required, another language is appreciated
